We make available to you the website together with the service to allow you to purchase our products. By completing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

We own, operate and make available the website and the Nursing Bra Company service and we require you to register with us before ordering any Nursing Bra Company product(s) via the Nursing Bra Company Service.
You agree to provide us with accurate and complete personal details and other information about yourself and you agree to notify us immediately of any changes which are relevant to your registration at the following e-mail address: saleshop@emily-uk.com.
All orders of The Nursing Bra Company products are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We will contact you in the event that any Nursing Bra Company product(s) you have ordered are unavailable. You will have the option either to wait until the Nursing Bra Company product(s) in question are available from stock or to cancel your order.
In the event that we are unable to supply the product(s) you have ordered and you have therefore decided to cancel your order we will reimburse your payment in full.
You may submit an order by clicking on the product you wish to purchase. You will then need to input the size of product you require. Once you have submitted this info rmation you will be taken to an on-line ordering page which will provide you with further information about the order process.
You will be given clear instructions to follow that will navigate you through the order process and you shall be required to provide us with complete personal details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details.
You will be given the option to agree and acknowledge your order before submitting it.
Once submitted you will be sent an e-mail confirming your order details and advising you that your order is being processed.
Once the order has been fully processed and we have confirmed the availability of the selected product(s) and verified your payment, we will send you a further e-mail as confirmation of our acceptance of your order. The confirmation e-mail will also provide you with an electronic receipt which you may want to file or print out to keep for future reference.
You will also receive an e-mail once your order has been despatched.
